Vector Information

                Several transformation vectors have been used in a pilot phase of generation of the library of insertion lines through Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer (See Table 2). Information for a given line is display in the feature details of each line and will be provide with seed samples. The library has then been generated using the pC4978, pC4984 and  pC4956ET15, enhancer trap T-DNAs where the enhancer trap is located at the right border of the T-DNA (Figure 1).
