Biological availability of T2 seeds

To gain access to rice seeds , please fill in the MTA (pdf) and ORDER FORM (doc) and follow the INSTRUCTION FOR ORDERING SEEDS (pdf).
For laboratories partner of the Génoplante projects instead of MTA, fill in a traceability IN or for laboratories member of the Génoplante Consortium fill in a traceability OUT
In the MTA and order forms indicate either Line Number (eg : AOGB08) (preferable) or FST number (eg: SAA2D12) as a result of phenotype or sequence search respectively.

Please take few minutes to fill in the quality questionnaire below.

For any help or question please send a mail to insertionlines.crb [at] cirad.fr.

IMPORTANT : Following recent restrictions on the diffusion of the bar gene by the Bayer company, OTL lines harbouring pC4984, pC4985, and pC4987 vectors cannot be transferred to third party laboratories anymore from September 2013.
Please check that the lines you order do not contain these T-DNAs . We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Line identification through phenotype search or sequence BLAST queries

Oryza Tag Line allows a search by specific biological traits (e.g. seed embryo) in the phenotype database. According to the precision of the search, a list of candidate lines exhibiting a phenotype is displayed and stored. Selecting a specific line allow the display of all its related general features and specific traits then activating a specific trait of the line allows the display of picture information (e.g. GUS staining assay).
The passport data of a line now provides, through a click on the FST accession number a direct link to the rice genome navigator OrygenesDB (Droc et al, 2006 NAR, 34, 236-240), and all the related sequence information. Inversely, for the Genoplante OTL lines, OrygenesDB now provides ,through a click on the "line ID" of the pop-up of the corresponding FST, a direct link to Oryza Tag Line and all the phenotypic information related to this line (Figure 13)

Figure 13: Illustration of the forth and back links from Oryza Tag Line (shaded box in part A) to the physical map position and related sequence information in the genome navigator OrygenesDB (shaded box in part B), through FST information and line ID respectively.
